How do I know who is selling?

Every marketplace product shows its seller. Verified status means the marketplace administrator has completed the approved review process.

Are prices in Uganda shillings?

Yes. Product and quotation prices are displayed in UGX unless a seller clearly states otherwise.

Does BUY.UG provide escrow?

Not in this version. Do not send money based only on a chat message. Use the checkout and marketplace guidance provided.

How do direct seller adverts work?

Direct adverts connect buyer and seller. Inspect the item and agree safe payment and delivery terms before completing the deal.

Can I request a bulk quotation?

Yes. Post the quantity, specification, delivery location, budget and deadline, then compare responses from eligible sellers.
