BUY.UG provides tools that help buyers discover products and sellers, place retail orders, publish buying requests and compare supplier quotations.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must publish accurate prices, stock, condition, specifications, delivery information and warranty terms, and must not list prohibited or unlawful products.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and should review the complete seller offer before paying.

Payments and fulfilment

Unless a compliant marketplace payment service is specifically shown at checkout, payment, delivery, returns and warranties remain subject to the displayed checkout and seller terms.
